About Me

Hello, my name is Amelia and I began my bodywork career in 2016. My own struggle with chronic pain and a journey to heal and thrive after trauma led me to this occupation. Massage, chiropractic, and yoga made a world of difference in my quality of life and I hope to give this gift to others.

After graduating from Body & Soul Therapeutic Massage School, I practiced in Wichita before relocating to NC in the fall of 2017. My education included Deep Tissue, Swedish, and Reiki, among others. I am also into cupping, hot stones, and fascial/structural work. I particularly enjoy working with older adults, first time massage clients, those who are looking for increased motion with pain reduction, and those on their healing journeys.
